A trendy lounge in downtown Mississauga requires an experienced line cook. The line cook will be responsible in assisting our experienced kitchen staff in managing a fully equipped kitchen. The restaurant hours of operation are:
Monday – Wednesday: 11:30am to 1:30am
Thursday/Friday: 11:30am to 2:30am

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

– Open availability for evenings Monday – Sunday
– Available to work brunch shifts (11:00am to 5:00pm) if needed
– Late hours on Saturdays and Sundays (6:00pm to 2:30am)
– At least one year restaurant experience as a Chef
– Must have experience working in a fast paced kitchen
– Must have reliable transportation to and from work
– Must have a teamwork spirit, a positive attitude, and be willing to learn
– Kitchen management experience considered an asset
